- Control thoughts. Be positive, be neutral.
- Stop anger: No multitasking
- Meditate: Focus your mind for good decisions
- Don't give sorrow.
- Don't take sorrow, either.
- Be responsible. Never blame others.
- Schedule personal meetings with your own self.
- Manage your energy.
- Do something selfless everyday.
- Reduce dependance on technology.
